Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Sweet Chicken Tacos.
Place pita bread on a cooking sheet and bake in the oven at 425 degrees for about 5-6 minutes until pita is cooked. This is a very important step to ensure that it creates a delicious, crispy yet soft crust that holds all of the ingredients.
Evenly spread 2 Tablespoons (30g) ranch and 1/2 teaspoon (2.5g) minced garlic on pita bread. Then evenly spread 1/2 cup (56g) low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with 1 1/3 cups (218g) of Beehive Meals Sweet Chicken. Top with 2 Tablespoons (30.5g) pineapple tidbits, 2 Tablespoons (14g) reduced fat crumbled feta cheese, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Place back in oven at 425 degrees and continue to cook for about 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is lightly golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool for 2-3 minutes, then serve with a side salad and enjoy!
