Sweet Teriyaki Chicken tacos topped with a simple and flavorful hawaiian coleslaw.

4 | Small Tortillas (Flour or Corn) |
3/4 cup | Shredded Tri-Color Cabbage |
3/4 cup | Pineapple Tidbits |
3 Tbsp | Fresh Chopped Cilantro |
1 tsp | Minced Garlic |
3 Tbsp | Mayonnaise |
To Taste | Salt + Pepper |
1 Tbsp | Fresh Lime Juice |
Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from Beehive Meals Teriyaki Chicken.
Step 2:
Do NOT add stir fry veggies to the meal, set them aside.
Step 3:
In a medium sized bowl, combine cabbage, pineapple, mayo, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper and lime juice. Set aside.
Line each tortilla with 1/4 cup of Beehive Meals Teriyaki Chicken, then top with desired amount of Hawaiian Coleslaw.
