A crispy panini packed with all of the delicious Tuscan flavors.
|1 cup||Beehive Meals Tuscan Chicken|
|1/2||French Bread Loaf|
|4 Slices||Fresh Mozzarella|
|1/4 cup||Sun-dried Tomatoes|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Tuscan Chicken.
Cut french bread loaf into 4 inch increments. Slice each increment through the center to create the two slices of bread for the panini. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place bottom bun in the pan, then begin layering. Start with 2 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese, followed by 1/2 cup of spinach and 2 Tablespoons of sundried tomatoes.
Top with Beehive Meals Tuscan Chicken, then place the other slice of bread on top and firmly press down. Once the bottom of the sandwich is golden brown, flip, and cook top side of sandwich until golden brown as well.
