Zuppa Toscana Breakfast Burrito

An egg based breakfast burrito filled with our Beehive Meals Zuppa Toscana

Beehive Meals Zuppa Toscana (without liquid)
4Eggs
2Large Tortillas
1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook soup from our Zuppa Toscana.

Step 2:

In medium saucepan, heat a small amount of olive oil in pan, then scoop Beehive Meals Zuppa Toscana in saucepan and cook over medium heat until potatoes are cooked and a little crispy.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, scramble eggs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Then add to skillet with Beehive Meals Zuppa Toscana meal.

Step 4:

Add 1 cup of Beehive Meals Zuppa Toscana meal and egg mixture to the center of a large tortilla and add 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 5:

Tuck ends of burrito in and fold. Serve and enjoy!
