Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Apple Cider Pork Roast.

Step 2:

Prepare Seeds of Change Quinoa Brown Rice according to instructions, and air-fry brussel sprouts and season to taste. 

For each serving, serve 1 Slice (95g) of pork, apples/carrots (94g), sauce (60g), with 1/2 cup (75g) and 1/2 cup (44g) of brussel sprouts on the side.
