How many freezer meals come in an order?
Our freezer meals are sold in sets of ten. Each meal consists of the base of the meal or the protein along with the sauce or spice. When ready you’d then cook it in a slow cooker and add a side or two to complete the meal.

Each of our freezer meals provides the base protein combined with a flavorful sauce or seasoning, making it easy to create a variety of meals to fit your family’s preferences.
Our meals are designed to be versatile, allowing you to customize how they’re served—whether over rice or pasta, in tacos or nachos, as soups or sandwiches, or in any way that fits your taste! Just slow cook, shred or stir if needed, and enjoy a home-cooked meal with minimal effort. Sides such as rice, pasta, tortillas, or buns are not included, allowing you to choose what works best for your family.
