Apricot Chicken Crostinis

A sweet and savory appetizer topped with our Apricot Chicken that will have everybody asking for seconds.

Ingredients

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Apricot Chicken
2 Slices French Baguette
1/4 cup Marscapone Cheese
1 teaspoon Balsamic Reduction

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Apricot Chicken.

2. Slice french baguette diagonally and through the middle like you would a sandwich. You can make the crostinis as big as you want and use it as an entree, or cut them in small diagonal pieces and serve as an appetizer!

3. In a saute pan, melt a small amount of butter and place bread in the butter to toast until perfectly golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan, then spread 2 Tablespoons of marscapone cheese on the crostini. Then top with Beehive Meals Apricot Chicken and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
