Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Apricot Chicken.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, including Beehive Meals Apricot Chicken to create a delicious and healthy chicken salad.
Step 3:
Sandwich 1 1/4 cups of Apricot Chicken salad mixture between two slices of Dave's Killer White Bread Done Right.
Serve with a side salad, or add the salad to your sandwich! Serve, and enjoy!
