An everyday chicken sandwich enhanced with the sweetness of our Apricot Chicken.
|1 and 1/2 cups||Beehive Meals Apricot Chicken|
|4 slices||French Bread|
|2 slices||Provolone Cheese or Brie Cheese|
|Desired Amount||Garlic Salt|
|Desired Amount||Parsley for Garnish|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Apricot Chicken.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the slices of french bread in the skillet.
Add Sliced cheese or spread of brie cheese to one half of the sandwich.
Add 1/2 cup of Apricot Chicken to the other half of the sandwich.
On one side, season lightly with garlic salt and parsley. Continue to cook until golden brown on each side.
