Artichoke Chicken and Bacon Nachos

Crispy tortilla chips topped with our delicious and creamy Artichoke Chicken, crispy bacon, black olives, feta cheese crumbles, then topped with fresh shredded Parmesan cheese for a rich and savory twist on nachos.

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Artichoke Chicken
3 cups Tortilla Chips
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoons Crumbled Bacon
2 Tablespoons Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tablespoons Sliced Black Olives
Fresh Grated Parmesan for Topping
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Artichoke Chicken.
2. Evenly spread the gluten-free tortilla chips on a large baking sheet, then evenly spread mozzarella cheese on top. Evenly spread the Beehive Meals Artichoke Chicken on top of the mozzarella cheese. Then sprinkle bacon bits, sliced black olives, and feta cheese on top of nachos.
3. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes, keeping a close eye on them, until cheese is melted and nachos are perfectly golden brown.
4. Remove from oven, then immediately grate fresh Parmesan on top of the nachos. Serve, and enjoy!
