Tangy BBQ Chicken served as crispy, cheesy nachos and topped with black beans, onions, sliced jalapenos, sour cream and fresh pico de gallo!

3 cups Tortilla Chips
1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 Tablespoons Black Beans
2 Tablespoons Diced Red Onions
2 Tablespoons Sliced Jalapenos
Sour Cream and Fresh Pico de Gallo for Topping

9 cups Tortilla Chips
3 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1/3 cup Black Beans
1/3 cup Diced Red Onions

12 cups Tortilla Chips
4 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Black Beans
1/2 cup Diced Red Onions
1/2 cup Sliced Jalapenos
Sour Cream and Fresh Pico de Gallo for Topping

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals BBQ Chicken.

2. Evenly spread tortilla chips on baking sheet, then top with the shredded colby jack cheese and Beehive Meals BBQ Chicken. Top with the black beans, diced red onions, and the sliced jalapenos. 

3. Bake the nachos in the oven a 350 degrees until cheese is melted and nachos are perfectly crispy. Keep a close eye on them to ensure they don't burn!

4. Remove from oven, then top with fresh pico de gallo and dollops of sour cream! Enjoy!
