BBQ Pork Sliders

Sweet, tangy, and tender shredded pork served on King's Hawaiian Rolls for the perfect appetizer! 

SELECT YOUR SIZE:

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Beehive Meals BBQ Pork
1/2 Dozen King's Hawaiian Rolls
2 Slices Jalepeño & Habanero Jack Cheese

Butter mixture: 
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Cilantro
1 tsp Salsa Verde
Dash Red Pepper Flakes
Dash Garlic Salt 

Instructions

1. Follow slow-cooking instructions to cook Beehive Meals BBQ Pork.

2. Slice King's Hawaiian Rolls in half, then evenly spread Beehive Meals BBQ Pork.

3. Place sliced Jalepeño & Habanero Jack Cheese cheese on top of pork. Place other half of King's Hawaiian Rolls on top of pork and cheese.

4. In a small bowl, melt butter. Once butter is melted, add salsa verde, and fresh cilantro, then stir until combined. Evenly spread butter mixture on top of bread. Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt and red pepper flakes if desired.

5. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees until bread is lightly golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve 3 rolls per serving, and enjoy!
