Six Sister's Stuff delicious Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken, pepper jack cheese, shredded lettuce and a hint of chipotle mayo, served on a toasted ciabatta roll.

2 Ciabatta Buns
2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
1 Tablespoon Chipotle Mayo

4 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
2 Tablespoon Chipotle Mayo

Ingredients

4 cups Beehive Meals Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich
6 Ciabatta Buns
6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
1  1/2 cups Shredded Lettuce
3 Tablespoons Chipotle Mayo

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken
8 Ciabatta Buns
8 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
2 cups Shredded Lettuce
4 Tablespoons Chipotle Mayo

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken. 

2. Toast the ciabatta bun in the oven until lightly golden brown. Remove from oven, then place a bed of shredded lettuce on the bottom bun, then top with Beehive Meals x Six Sister's Stuff Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken. Top with the sliced pepper jack cheese. On the inside of the top bun, spread 1/2 Tablespoon of chipotle mayo.

3. Place top bun on sandwich, then press down lightly. Serve, and enjoy!
