
Breakfast Casserole Nachos

Breakfast Casserole served as cheesy and flavorful nachos. Delicious for brunch, for a slow Saturday morning, or for a fun breakfast for dinner!

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Breakfast Casserole
2 Servings Tortilla Chips
2 Tablespoons Country Gravy
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Colby Jack Cheese
2 Tablespoons Green Bell Pepper, diced
2 Tablespoons Red Onion, diced
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Breakfast Casserole.
2. Place tortilla chips on cooking sheet or on an individual plate. Evenly sprinkle both the mozzarella and Colby Jack Cheese on top, then evenly dollop the country gravy on top.
3. With your hands, crumble Beehive Meals Breakfast Casserole over the nachos.
4. Top with your favorite vegetables. We chose green bell peppers and red onions.
5. Bake in the oven until cheese is gooey and melted, then remove from oven. Dig in and enjoy!
