Our delicious Breakfast Casserole served as a gluten-free sandwich. These are great for prepping ahead of time and storing in the freezer for those busy morning on the go!

4 Slices Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread
2 Sausage Patties
2 Slices American Cheese

4 Sausage Patties
4 Slices American Cheese

12 Slices Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread
6 Sausage Patties
6 Slices American Cheese

8 Sausage Patties
8 Slices American Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Breakfast Casserole.

2. Toast the gluten-free sandwich bread.

3. Now cook the sausage patties on a griddle or stovetop. Place one patty on a slice of bread, then scoop one serving of Beehive Meals Breakfast Casserole on the sandwich, then top with one slice of American cheese. Place other slice of bread on top then lightly press down. 

3. Serve immediately, or prep ahead of time and wrap with parchment paper, then place in a ziplock bag and place in the freezer for quick on-the-go meals! 

4. If stored in the freezer, when ready to eat, remove from the freezer than place in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave, then enjoy on the go!
