Carne Asada Crunchwrap

Tender, juicy, and slow-cooked Carne Asada served as a macro-friendly crunchwrap.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
steak (156g) + sauce (100g)
Beehive Meals Carne Asada
2  1/2 (175g)Large Tortillas
1/2 cup (130g)Refried Black Beans
2 (32g)Tostadas
1/2 cup (28g)Shredded Lettuce
1/2 cup (56g)Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Carne Asada.

Step 2:

Evenly spread 1/4 cup (65g) refried black beans in the center of a large tortilla.

Step 3:

Top with 2/3 cup (144g) Beehive Meals Carne Asada, then top with 1 tostada, 1/4 cup (14g) shredded lettuce, and 1/4 cup (28g) shredded mexican cheese.

Step 4:

Place 1 quarter of a large tortilla in the center and on top of the fillings.

Cook in a saute pan over medium low heat until golden brown on both sides.
