Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Cheesy Beef Marinara.

2. In a large pot of lightly salted, boiling water, cook the gluten-free lasagna noodles for 6-8 minutes. The noodles should not be cooked al dente, they will continue to cook/absorb liquid from the sauce when the lasagna is baking in the oven. Drain water from pasta, then evenly lay out on a clean, flat surface, making sure that they are not touching to ensure they don't stick to each other.

3. Begin prepping your lasagna by spreading a small amount of sauce on the very bottom layer, just to ensure the noodles don't stick to the pan. Then place a layer of lasagna noodles to evenly cover the bottom of the baking dish. Evenly spread 2 Tablespoons of Ricotta cheese over the noodles, then spread 1/3 cup of Beehive Meals Cheesy Beef Marinara and top with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. 

4. Repeat this process until baking dish is full. Then top with extra shredded mozzarella cheese.

5. Cover with tinfoil, then bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove tinfoil for the last 5 minutes of baking to broil the cheese on top. Let cool, then serve! We recommend topping it with freshly grated parmesan and fresh basil upon serving!
