Our delicious Chicken and Stuffing served as a casserole with delicious hidden veggies.

chicken (196g) + sauce (330g)
|Beehive Meals Chicken and Stuffing|
|1 1/2 cups (150g)||White Rice, cooked|
|2 cups (170g)||Cauliflower Florets|
|2 teaspoons (10g)||Olive Oil|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Chicken and Stuffing.
In a baking dish, coat cauliflower florets in olive oil and seasonings. Broil in the oven at 400 degrees for about 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
For the next layer of the casserole, evenly spread the cooked white rice on top of the cauliflower.
Evenly spread Beehive Meals Chicken and Stuffing on top of the rice. If desired, stir and combine all together so the cauliflower is "hidden". Top with fresh chives.
Cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, removing the tinfoil for the last 5 minutes of baking.
