Chicken and Stuffing Flatbread
The savory, creamy, and delicious flavors of Thanksgiving evenly spread out on top of a light and fluffy flatbread. It may seem a little different, but this flatbread is sure to be a family favorite for everyone!

Ingredients
1/2 cup Beehive Meals Chicken and Stuffing
1/2 Pillsbury Doughboy Pizza Crust
1/4 cup Brown Gravy
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Mashed Potatoes
2 Tbsp French Onions
2 Tbsp Shredded Colby Jack CheeseTo Taste Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Chicken and Stuffing.
2. Evenly spread gravy on flatbread, then top with cheese, and Beehive Meals Chicken & Stuffing.
Slice the french baguette into 3/4 inch slices at a diagonal. Place on a baking sheet then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle very lightly with sea salt. Bake in the oven until crostinis are slightly golden brown.
3. Place small scoops of mashed potatoes in different spots over flatbread. Then evenly sprinkle with Colby Jack cheese, and top with french onions and black pepper.
4. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheeses are melted. Wait 5 minutes before slicing, then serve and enjoy!
