Ham, Chicken Cordon Bleu, sautéed mushrooms and onions, swiss cheese, and horseradish all sandwiched between two deliciously toasted sandwich buns.
|1 cup||Beehive Meals Chicken Cordon Bleu|
|2||French Rolls/Italian Buns|
|To Taste||Garlic Salt|
|1/2 tsp||Olive Oil|
|3/4 cup||Sliced Mushrooms|
|1/2 cup||Sliced Red Onion|
|1/2 tsp||Minced Garlic|
|To Taste||Salt & Pepper|
|6 Slices||Deli Ham|
|2 Slices||Sliced Swiss Cheese|
|To Taste||Horseradish (optional)|
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Chicken Cordon Bleu.
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms, onions and garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper. Saute until mushrooms are soft and onions are slightly transparent. Take off heat and set aside.
Butter inside of buns and lightly season with garlic salt. Broil in oven at 400 degrees until golden brown.
Starting with the bottom bun, layer three slices of deli ham and cover it with 1/2 cup of Beehive Meals Chicken Cordon Bleu. Top with Swiss cheese and place back in oven on broil to melt cheese.
On the other bun, place sauteed mushrooms, onions and garlic and drizzle with horseradish.
Place top bun on other half of sandwich, lightly press down, and serve!
