Chicken Fajitas Ciabatta Sandwich

Juicy, slow-cooked chicken, peppers and onions, melted pepper jack cheese, and a zesty chipotle aoili, all served on a toasted ciabatta roll for a bold and flavorful bite.

1 Tablespoon Butter

2 Tablespoons Chipotle Aoili

3 Tablespoons Butter

4 Tablespoons Butter
8 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese

Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Chicken Fajitas.
2. Slice your ciabatta rolls in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside of each bun, then lightly sprinkle with garlic salt. Broil in the oven at 400 for just about 2-4 minutes, just to get it lightly golden brown.
3. Then, add Beehive Meals Chicken Fajitas to the bottom bun, then top with a slice of pepper jack cheese. If desired, place back in the oven to melt the cheese.
4. Then spread 1 Tablespoon of the chipotle aoili on the inside of the top bun, then place on top of the sandwich and lightly press down. Serve with a side side and french fries or chips, and enjoy!
