Sweet and tender shredded chicken slow cooked and served inside crispy baked tortillas.

Ingredients

2 servings of Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken
4 Hard Corn Taco Shells
1/2 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup Refried Beans, thinned
1/4 Cup Lettuce, shredded thinly
Taco toppings as desired. (Salsa, guac, sour cream, olive and lime juice)

1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup Refried Beans, thinned
1/2 Cup Lettuce, shredded thinly

12 Hard Corn Taco Shells
1 1/2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
3/4 Cup Refried Beans, thinned
3/4 Cup Lettuce, shredded thinly
Taco toppings as desired. (Salsa, guac, sour cream, olive and lime juice)

Ingredients

8 servings of Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken
16 Hard Corn Taco Shells
2 Cups Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1 Cup Refried Beans, thinned
1 Cup Lettuce, shredded thinly
Taco toppings as desired. (Salsa, guac, sour cream, olive and lime juice)

Instructions

1. Follow cooking Instructions to cook Cilantro Lime Chicken.

2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

3. Fill hard taco shells with a couple scoops of cooked Cilantro Lime Chicken, refried beans, then cheese.

4. Stack tacos upright in a glass baking dish.

5. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges of corn shells start to brown, then remove from the oven and top tacos as desired.
