Cilantro Lime Chicken Torta
Cilantro Lime Chicken slow cooked and sandwiched between a soft and delicious borillo bun, with refried beans, shredded lettuce, and pico de gallo.

1/2 cup Refried Beans
1 cup Shredded Lettuce
1/2 cup Pico de Gallo

4 cups Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken
6 Bolillo Buns
3/4 cup Refried Beans
1 1/2 cups Shredded Lettuce
3/4 cup Pico de Gallo
6 Tablespoons Queso Fresco

8 Bolillo Buns
1 cup Refried Beans
2 cup Shredded Lettuce
1 cup Pico de Gallo
1/2 cup Queso Fresco
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken.
2. Slice bolillo buns in half, then evenly spread 2 Tablespoons of refried beans on the inside of bottom bun of each of the borillo buns and spread Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken on top.
3. Top each sandwich with 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce, 2 Tablespoons of pico de gallo, and 1 Tablespoon of queso fresco.
4. Serve torta with a side salad, and enjoy!
