Classic Meatloaf German Fleischkeukle
A classic German comfort food. Even though it may be hard to pronounce, it is not hard to eat with how delicious they taste and easy they are to prepare.

3/4 cup Beehive Meals Classic Meatloaf
1 Pre-made Pie Crust
1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
1/4 cup Sliced Red Onions
1/4 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg

4 Pre-made Pie Crusts
1 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 1/4 cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 cup Sliced Red Onions
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Classic Meatloaf.
2. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute mushrooms, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until onions are soft and almost transparent.
3. Cut Pre-made Pie crust into circles with about a 6 inch diameter. If needed, knead together leftover dough and roll out to cut more circles.
4. Fill one half of each crust with about 2-3 Tbsp of Beehive Meals Classic Meatloaf, making sure to not overfill and leaving about 1/2 an inch clear on the edges.
5. Place one spoonful of sauteed mushrooms and onions on top of Beehive Meals Classic Meatloaf, then top with 2 tsps of shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Fold over each german empanada, then seal and press the edges.Brush each german empanada with egg, then cut three small slits in each one in order to allow for air to release during baking. 7. Place german empanadas on greased cooking sheet and bake in oven at 425 degrees for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
