6 Small Zucchinis
1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Cups Breadcrumbs, seasoned

8 Small Zucchinis
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 Cups Breadcrumbs, seasoned
4 Tablespoons Butter, melted

Instructions
1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Creamy Italian Sausage.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Rinse zucchini well, trim ends then cut lenghtwise. Scoop out seeds and discard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bake zucchini boats for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.
5. Remove from oven and fill boats with warm meat mixture, top with cheese.
6. Melt butter and toss breadcrumbs until coated well, then sprinkle on top of cheese.
7. Return boats to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are golden brown and crispy.
