Our Creamy Lemon Chicken tossed with buttered angel hair noodles and deliciously flavored shrimp. A perfect and easy Shrimp Scampi that everyone will love!

1/2 can | Cream of Chicken Soup |
3/4 cup | Chicken Broth |
1/2 cup | Long Grain White Rice |
1/2 tsp | Minced Garlic |
1/4 | Lemon (Juice from) |
2 Tbsp | Shredded Parmesan Cheese |
1 Tbsp | Fresh Chopped Basil |
2 Slices | Fresh Lemon |
Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Creamy Lemon Chicken.
Step 2:
In a large skillet, melt butter and saute mushrooms and onions.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Once veggies are soft, add flour mixture and whisk together, ensuring there are no clumps.
Step 3:
Add chicken broth and stir until combined. Then add soup, rice, garlic, lemon juice, shredded parmesan cheese, and Beehive Meals Creamy Lemon Chicken and stir until combined.
Step 4:
Transfer to lightly greased baking dish. Layer lemon slices over mixture.
Step 5:
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 40-60 minutes at 375 degrees. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Remove the tinfoil for the last 5-10 minutes of baking process. Sprinkle on fresh basil.
Step 6:
Let chill for 5-10 minutes before serving. Then serve and enjoy!
