1/2 Cup Mango, diced
1/2 Cucumber, diced
1/4 Cup Red Cabbage, shredded 
Teriyaki sauce and cooking liquid, to taste

2 Cups Beehive Meals Hawaiian Pork
3 Cups Jasmine or Coconut rice, cooked
1 1/2 Cups Mango, diced
1 1/2 Cucumbers, diced
3/4 Cup Red Cabbage, shredded
Teriyaki sauce and cooking liquid, to taste

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups Beehive Meals Hawaiian Pork
4 Cups Jasmine or Coconut rice, cooked
2 Cups Mango, diced
2 Cucumbers, diced
1 Cup Red Cabbage, shredded
Teriyaki sauce and cooking liquid, to taste

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Hawaiian Pork.

2. Cook rice per package instruuctions and set aside.

3. Dice mango, cucumber and shred cabbage.

4. Portion rice into individual bowls then add toppings and warmed meat mixture over top.

5. Drizzle Teriyaki sauce and lefover cooking liquid over all.
