The perfect lo mein that everybody will love. Rice noodles coated in a homemade asian sauce, completed with our Honey Sesame Chicken, sautéed veggies, and topped with sriracha mayo and fresh cilantro.
|1/2 cup||Beehive Meals Honey Sesame Chicken|
|1/4 lb||Rice Noodles|
|1 Tbsp||Soy Sauce|
|1/2 tsp||Powdered Ginger|
|1 tsp||Minced Garlic|
|1/4 cup||Red Bell Pepper (sliced)|
|1/4 cup||Red Onion (sliced)|
|1/4 cup||Mushroom (sliced)|
|1/2 tsp||Minced Garlic|
|To Taste||Salt + Pepper|
|To Taste||Sriracha Mayo|
|For Garnish||Fresh Cilantro|
|For Garnish||Sesame Seeds|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Honey Sesame Chicken.
In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, powdered ginger, minced garlic, and sriracha. Set aside.
Over medium heat, saute sliced red bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Saute until veggies are soft and onions are slightly translucent. Set aside.
Cook rice noodles in a pot of boiling water. Cooking according to directions on box, then drain and place back into pot. Add soy and honey sauce that you prepared earlier and stir until combined. Add Beehive Meals Honey Sesame Chicken and sauteed peppers and stir untili combined.
Plate, then garnish with sriracha mayo, fresh cilantro, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
