Cooking Instructions

Step 1:

Set time. Cook in slow cooker on LOW for 2-3 hours [thawed] or 3-4 hours [frozen].

Step 2:

Thirty minutes before the meal is done cooking, boil prepackaged elbow noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and add to cheese mixture in crockpot and stir until combined.

Step 3:

Serve as desired.

Slow Cooker (Crockpot) Sizes

The size of your crockpot can affect the outcome of your meal. If your crockpot is smaller than what we recommend, you may need to cook your meal a little longer. If it’s larger than what we recommend you may need to shorten the cooking time. You will need to keep a close eye on the chicken as it cooks. Here are the crockpot sizes we recommend for each meal size to help cook your meals just right:

Smaller Portion (SP) - 3-Quart Crockpot
Regular Portion (RP) - 4-Quart Crockpot
Bigger Portion (BP) - 6-Quart Crockpot

Serving Suggestions

Although this meal comes with prepacked elbow noodles, feel free to use whatever kind of pasta you desire, such as large elbow noodles, cavatappi, medium shells, farfalle, and more! 

To make this dish even more delicious, we suggest transferring to a baking dish after it is done cooking, topping it with extra cheese and bread crumbs, and broiling in the oven until bread crumbs are golden brown. 

To take it even farther, add some buffalo or barbecue chicken, or if you want to be really fancy, add some lobster or crab to this dish to make a delicious lobster mac n cheese. Be as creative as you'd like with this dish, any way it is prepared it is delicious and the whole family will love it!
