Mississippi Chicken Tinfoil Dinner

Herby, tangy and delicious Mississippi Chicken served as a fun Tinfoil Dinner the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Mississippi Chicken
2  1/2 cups Roasted Red Potatoes with Garlic Butter Sauce
1/2 cup Zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Mississippi Chicken.

2. Prepare your pieces of tinfoil. Place 1 1/4 cups of roasted red potatoes in the center of each piece of tinfoil. Then top with Beehive Meals Mississippi Chicken, and add the sliced zucchini and onions. 

3. Cook on a fire or bake in the oven at 425 for 25-30 minutes.

4. Remove, open the tinfoil, and then top with fresh shredded parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
