2 Cups Red Potatoes, tossed with garlic butter
1/2 Cup Zucchini, sliced
4 Tablespoons Red Onion, sliced
4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions for Mississippi Chicken.

2. Prepare individual pieces of tinfoil.

3. Place seasoned potatoes in the center of each piece.

4. Top with Mississippi Chicken, zucchini and onions.

5. Cook on a fire or bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
