Mississippi Pot Roast Tinfoil Dinner

Herby, tangy and delicious Mississippi Pot Roast served as a fun Tinfoil Dinner the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast
2  1/2 cups Roasted Red Potatoes with Garlic Butter Sauce
1/2 cup Zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Mississippi Pot Roast.

2. Prepare your pieces of tinfoil. Place 1 1/4 cups of roasted red potatoes in the center of each piece of tinfoil. Then top with Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast, and add the sliced zucchini and onions. 

3. Cook on a fire or bake in the oven at 425 for 25-30 minutes.

4. Remove, open the tinfoil, and then top with fresh shredded parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
