Savory and cheesy Pesto Mozzarella Chicken sandwiched between two deliciously toasted and fluffy ciabatta buns. A refreshing sandwich that pairs perfectly with your favorite french fries and fresh fruit.
|1 cup||Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken|
|2||Provolone Cheese Slices|
|To Taste||Balsamic Glaze|
|To Taste||Garlic Salt|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.
Butter the inside of ciabatta bun, then lightly season with garlic salt. Broil in oven at 450 degrees for about 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown.
Place 1/2 cup of Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken on bottom bun of each sandwich, then place one slice of provolone cheese on top of chicken and place back in oven to broil until cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes.
Place 1/4 cup of arugula on top of chicken, then layer approximately 2 slices of tomato on top, and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Place top bun on sandwich and lightly press down. Serve with a side of your favorite french fries, fruit, and salad. Enjoy!
