Pesto Mozzarella Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich

Tender slow-cooked Pesto Mozzarella Chicken layered with melted mozzarella, fresh tomato, and crisp arugula on a toasted ciabatta roll for a flavorful, gourmet sandwich.

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken
2 Ciabatta Buns
1 Tablespoon Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Arugula
2 Slices Tomato

Ingredients

4 cups Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken
6 Ciabatta Buns
3 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 cup Arugula
6 Slices Tomatoe

Ingredients

8 Ciabatta Buns
4 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Arugula
8 Slices Tomato

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.

2. Slice the ciabatta buns in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside of the buns, then sprinkle lightly with some garlic salt to taste. Broil these in the oven for about 2-4 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

3. Remove from the oven, then add Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken, and top with the sliced mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven to melt the cheese. Remove from the oven. Top with fresh arugula and fresh tomato slices, then if desired, drizzle with a little bit of balsamic reduction. Place top half of the sandwich on top, and press down lightly. 

4. Serve with a side salad and some french fries or chips, and enjoy!
