Egg rolls stuffed with Philly Cheesesteaks, sauteed peppers, cheese, and fried to perfection, complete with nacho cheese dipping sauce.
|1 cup||Beehive Meals Philly Cheesesteak|
|1/4 cup||Red Bell Pepper (diced)|
|1/4 cup||Green Bell Pepper (diced)|
|1/4 cup||Diced Onion|
|1/2 tsp||Minced Garlic|
|To Taste||Salt & Pepper|
|1/4 cup||Shredded Mozzarella Cheese|
|4||Egg Roll Wrappers|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Philly Cheesesteak.
In a medium skillet, heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil over medium heat, then add diced peppers and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Saute until peppers are soft, then set aside.
Place 1/4 cup of Beehive Meals Philly Cheesesteak in center of each egg roll wrapper, as well as 2 Tbsp of pepper mixture and 2 Tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Tuck edges in and roll egg rolls, then bake in the airfryer at 360 degrees for 10 minutes. If you don't have an airfryer, cook egg rolls in pan with canola oil until all the edges are perfectly golden brown. Dip egg rolls in nacho cheese and enjoy!
