All the delicious ingredients from a delicious Philly Cheesesteak, combined in a creamy and delicious pasta. It is perfectly satisfying and puts an American twist on an Italian dish.
|1/2 cup||Beehive Meals Philly Cheesesteak|
|2 cups||Low Sodium Beef Stock|
|2 Tbsp||Sour Cream|
|1 Ounce||Cream Cheese|
|1/4||Green Bell Pepper (sliced)|
|1/4||Red Bell Pepper (sliced)|
|To Taste||Salt & Pepper|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Philly Cheesesteak.
In a large pot, bring the pasta and beef broth to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes, then reduce heat to low and simmer until liquid is completely absorbed and pasta is cooked.
In a separate saute pan, saute peppers until soft. Set aside.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, provolone cheese, green pepper, red pepper, and salt and pepper, and stir until combined.
