Pork Carnita Nachos

A huge amount of nachos, but they'll be gone sooner than you can say "delicioso!"


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas
2 servingsLightly Seasoned Tortilla Chips
1 cupShredded Colby Jack Cheese
1/4 cupMinced White Onion
2 TbspsFresh Minced Cilantro
2 TbspsQueso Fresco
2 TbspsPico de Gallo
2 TbspsGuacamole Salsa


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Pork Carnitas.

Step 2:

Place tortilla chips in sheet pan, then sprinkle with shredded colby jack cheese. Evenly spread Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas on top of chips and cheese, then place in oven to broil at 450 degrees for about 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Step 3:

Remove from oven, then top with minced white onion, fresh cilantro, queso fresco, pico de gallo, and guacamole salsa.

Step 4:

Dig in and enjoy!
