Instructions
Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Pork Carnitas.
Step 2:
Place tortilla chips on plate or cooking sheet, then top with shredded cheese and melt cheese in either the microwave or in the oven. Remove from oven or microwave, then top with onions and fresh cilantro. Serve with any of your other favorite nacho toppings, and enjoy!
