Salsa Verde Chicken Pasta

This is easily one of our favorite meals because it is so simple, yet so flavorful! Pasta cooked in a creamy Salsa Verde sauce, with shredded pepperjack cheese and a heaping serving of our Salsa Verde Chicken to ensure you hit your macros.


Recipe and Ingredients

1 cup
chicken (98g) + sauce (99g)
Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken
1 cup (84g)Rotini Pasta, dry
2/3 cup (160mL)Chicken Broth, low-sodium
1/2 cup (120mL)Fairlife Milk 2%
1/8 tsp (<1g)Black Pepper
1/2 cup (56g)Pepperjack Cheese, shredded


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Salsa Verde Chicken. When shredding chicken separate the chicken from the sauce. Sauce will be used to cook pasta.

Step 2:

In a large pot, add chicken broth, milk, sauce from Salsa Verde Chicken, dry pasta, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and boil for about 4-5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until liquid is absorbed. 

Step 3:

Add the chicken from Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken, as well as the shredded pepperjack cheese. Stir until combined.

Step 4:

Serve 1 1/2 cups (308g) per serving.
