Salsa Verde Air-Fryer Chicken Taquitos

Delicious Salsa Verde Chicken and pepperjack cheese in a crispy and crunchy corn tortilla to create the perfect little taquitos, without all the grease.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/3 cups
Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken
6Small Corn Tortillas
1/3 cupShredded Fajita Blend Cheese
1/3 cupGluten Free Refried Beans


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Salsa Verde Chicken.

Step 2:

Heat tortillas in microwave 3-4 at a time for 30 seconds. This helps prevent the tortillas from tearing during folding. Evenly spread 1 Tablespoon of the gluten free refried beans in the center of each tortilla, then place 2 Tablespoons of Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken on top of the beans, then sprinkle with 1 Tbsp of shredded cheese.
Roll tightly.

Step 3:

Place in air-fryer, then spray lightly with olive or avocado oil, and air-fry for about 6-8 minutes each side, or until crispy and golden brown.

Step 4:

Serve with rice and beans and dip the taquitos in your favorite salsa and/or guacamole and sour cream. Enjoy!
