Salsa Verde Enchiladas

Juicy and Flavorful Enchiladas made with our Salsa Verde chicken, enhanced with tasty pepper jack cheese.

Recipe and Ingredients

1 cup
Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken
4Medium Tortillas
1/3 cupShredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1/4 cupSalsa Verde Sauce
1/4 cupShredded Pepper Jack Cheese


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Hawaiian Haystacks.

Step 2:

Line the middle of each tortilla with 1/3 cup of Beehive Meals Salsa Verde Chicken. 

Step 3:

Sprinkle 1-2 Tbsp pepperjack cheese over chicken for each enchilada.

Step 4:

Roll up the enchiladas, crease down, and lie next to each other in baking dish.

Step 5:

Top with extra salsa verde sauce and evenly sprinkle extra pepperjack cheese over the enchiladas.

Step 6:

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
