Ingredients

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo
4 Lasagna Noodles
1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

2  2/3 cups Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo
8 Lasagna Noodles
1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

4 cups Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo
12 Lasagna Noodles
3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo
16 Lasagna Noodles
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo.

2. In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles al dente. Drain water from pasta, then place on a large cooking sheet lined with parchment paper to line them out so they are not touching. If you leave the noodles in the pot with no water, they will stick to each other and tear.

3. Begin by prepping your baking dish so you can place your lasagna rolls in them as you go. In a lightly greased baking dish, add enough Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo to cover the bottom.

4. Then, one by one, evenly spread 1 Tablespoon of ricotta cheese on the inside of the lasagna noodle, then top with a small spoonful of Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo at the base of the noodle, then finish with about 1 Tablespoon of shredded mozzarella. Now, starting at the base where the Sausage Alfredo is, begin rolling the lasagna roll-up. Place in prepared baking dish.

5. Once all of the lasagna roll ups are finished, top with the leftover Beehive Meals Sausage Alfredo (you want it to be really saucy), then top with the leftover shredded mozzarella cheese.

6. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees, covered, for about 30 minutes. If desired, remove the tinfoil the last five minutes to get those beautiful golden brown bubbles on the cheese.

7. Serve with a side salad and garlic breadsticks, and enjoy!
