|3/4 cup||Sour Cream|
|1 and 1/2 Tbsp||Fresh Lime Juice|
|1/4 tsp||Garlic Salt|
Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Summer Corn Chowder.
After cooking Beehive Meals Summer Corn Chowder, add crab and stir until combined.
With a hand blender, blend avocado, sour cream, fresh lime juice, and garlic salt until smooth. If you desire a thinner consistency, add 1 Tbsp of water and blend. Drizzle on top of soup, and enjoy!
