Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Sesame Chicken.
Step 2:
In a large saute pan, saute sliced zucchini and yellow squash until almost all the way cooked. Then add Beehive Meals Sesame Chicken and sauce, lima beans, and diced carrots.
Add rice to vegetable and chicken mixture and stir until combined. In a separate saute pan, scramble eggs, then add them to rice.
Step 3:
Serve 2 cups (339g) per person.
