1 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

3 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
6 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

4 Cauliflower Pizza Crusts
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
4 teaspoons Minced Garlic
8 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas.

2. Prepare pizza crust according to instructions. Evenly spread the olive oil and minced garlic on the cauliflower crust. If it doesn't spread as well as you would like, add a little bit of olive oil and maybe more garlic. Then, evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese on the pizza, then top with Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas. Finally, top it off with the shredded pepper jack before tossing in the oven!

3. Bake in the oven at 425 for about 12-15 minutes, until crust is lightly golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from oven, grate fresh parmesan right on top of the pizza for a garnish, then allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Then slice, serve and enjoy!
