Steak Fajitas Quesadilla

Tender slow-cooked steak, peppers and onions, all grilled inside a golden tortilla with melted cheese for a flavorful, handheld fajita experience.

2 Large Burrito Tortillas
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter

6 Large Burrito Tortillas
6 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1  1/2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
3 Tablespoon Butter

8 Large Burrito Tortillas
8 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Tablespoon Butter

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas.

2. On a large griddle, prepare your quesadillas. Evenly spread 1/2 Tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla. One quesadilla at a time, place the buttered side down on the griddle over medium-low heat. Then evenly spread 1 cup of mozzarella cheese across the whole tortilla, then evenly spread 1 serving of Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas on one half of the tortilla, then top the pork with the shredded pepper jack cheese. Place a lid over the tortilla, allowing the cheese to melt.

3. When cheese is melted, fold the side that doesn't have the steak on it, over to cover the other half. Then cook until the quesadilla is perfectly golden brown on both sides.

4. Remove from griddle, then slice, and serve with a side of salsa, guacamole or sour cream for a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
