1  1/2 Green Bell Peppers
1  1/2 Red Bell Peppers
3/4 Yellow Onion

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs.

2. Begin by washing and slicing your vegetables. Remove the pit from the bell peppers, then slice into roughly 1  1/2" cubes, do the same for the onion.

3. Begin assembling your kabobs. Grab kabob stick, then skewer a green bell pepper, onion, red bell pepper, and one of the pineapples from the Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs meal, followed by a sweet n' sour meatball. Repeat this process until the kabob stick is full! Brush all of the vegetables with the sweet n' sour sauce from the crockpot before cooking.

4. Grill, or bake at 350, the kabobs until the vegetables are cooked to your desired texture. Roughly 8-10 minutes on the grill, or 15-20 minutes in the oven at 350. Serve with a side of white rice, and enjoy!
