Our Sweet n' Sour Meatballs served in a light and airy pita, filled with asian coleslaw and topped with a creamy peanut sauce. Sweet, savory, rich flavors all combined into one delicious and refreshing pita!

Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs
2Pitas
2 cupsTri-Color Cabbagge
1 teaspoonLow-Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoonRice Vinegar
1/4 teaspoonSesame Oil
1 TablespoonGreen Onions/Chives, diced
1/4 cupCreamy Peanut Sauce

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook meatballs from our Sweet n' Sour Meatballs.

Step 2:

Make the asian coleslaw by adding the cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and chives and toss well until cabbage is evenly coated in sauce.

Step 3:

Slide Pita in half and open wide, then fill with asian coleslaw, place Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs inside pita on top of coleslaw, then top with a drizzle of creamy peanut sauce. 

Serve with a side salad, and enjoy!
