Sweet n' Sour Meatball Sliders

Our Sweet n' Sour Meatballs sandwiched between King's Hawaiian Rolls with a simple, homemade Asian coleslaw for a refreshing burst of flavor in every bite!

Ingredients

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs
6 roll King's Hawaiian Rolls
2 cups Tri-Color Cabbage
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Green Onions

Ingredients

12 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
4 cups Tri-Color Cabbage
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Green Onions

Ingredients

4 cups Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs
18 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
6 cups Tri-Color Cabbage
3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1  1/2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
3/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
3 Tablespoons Green Onions

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs
24 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
8 cups Tri-Color Cabbage
4 teaspoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Green Onions

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatballs.

2. Make the Asian coleslaw by adding the cabbage, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and green onions to a bowl, and toss well until cabbage is evenly coated in the sauce.

3. Cut King's Hawaiian Rolls through the center. Then place Asian coleslaw on each slider, then top with a Beehive Meals Sweet n' Sour Meatball. Place tops of sliders on top and if needed, place a toothpick in it to ensure it holds its shape. Serve with a side salad and some french fries, and enjoy!
