Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook pork from our Sweet Pork.

Step 2:

Heat Skillet to medium heat, then place one of the large tortillas in the skillet.

Step 3:

Add 1/2 cup of cheese to one half of the tortilla.

Step 4:

Add 1/4 cup of Beehive Meals Sweet Pork on top of the cheese.

Step 5:

Fold over the other half of the tortilla and continue to cook until golden brown, flipping occasionally to insure the quesadilla cooks evenly.

Step 6:

Let the quesadilla sit for 2-3 minutes then slice and serve. Repeat steps 2-6 for any additional quesadillas.
