Sweet Pork Torta

A Spanish Style sandwich sweetened by our Beehive Meals Sweet Pork.

1/3 cup	Refried Beans
1 cup	Shredded Lettuce

8	Torta Buns (Round or Football Shaped Buns)
1 and 1/3 cup	Refried Beans
4 cups	Shredded Lettuce
1 cup	Sliced Red Onion
16 slices	Tomatoes
Desired Amount	Sliced Jalapeños
Desired Amount	Queso Fresco for Garnish

Instructions

Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Hawaiian Haystacks.

Step 2:

Spread 1 serving of refried beans on one half of the torta.

Step 3:

Place 1/2 cup of Beehive Meals Sweet Pork on top of the torta buns with refried beans.

Step 4:

Top each torta with 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce, 2 tbsp sliced red onions, 2 slices of tomato, sliced jalapeños, and queso fresco. Repeat for each desired Torta.
