Our delicious Tuscan Chicken served as a ciabatta sandwich.

2 servings Beehive Meals Tuscan Chicken
2 Ciabatta Rolls, toasted
2 Tablespoons Pesto
2 Slices Mozzarella cheese
Arugula, to taste
Balsamic Glaze, to taste

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Tuscan Chicken.

2. Slice and toast the ciabatta roll then spread a thin layer of pesto.

3. Add mozzarella cheese and melt if desired. 

4. Add cooked Tuscan Chicken then top with a few pieces of arugula.

5. Add a thin drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired, then return the top bun for serving.
